SQL link issue between 32-Bit and 64-Bit

Hi,

I have a issue creating SQL link server between 32-Bit and 64-Bit. I can properly create link server from 32-Bit to 64-Bit SQL server.

I am getting following error when I going to add link server from 64-bit. I will be able to connect properly to SQL engine.
