Why are update statements coming in as delete and insert statements at the subscriber?

Hi Everyone,

I have an oracle to sql replication and haven't notice this until recently that updates executed at the publisher Oracle database are coming through as deletes and inserts at the subscriber.  Is there a way to change this in replication or does it have to be done on the Oracle database?  I need it to execute the update stored procedure for updates only.
