My understanding is that SQL 2014 Express w/Advanced Services is needed to setup seplication from A SQL Server STD addition to a SQL 2014 Express client. What is unclear is what are the memory requirments that has on the SQL 2014 client.
Web sites state the Advanded Services require\use up to 4GB of memory for Reporting Services.
My questions is, is this 4GB requirement only for Reporting Services or does the use of replication also increase the maximum memory usage for SQl 2014 Express w/Advanced Services?
We do not use Reporting Services, unless SQL uses those internally for reporting/replication.
Final question is, what is the max memory requirement/usage for Sql 2014 Express w/Advanced Services when replication is being used?
