Windows SQL server no longer listening on port 5022 after installation of windows patches

We installed May's windows patches on one of our SQL Server and after that it has stopped SQL relplication (mirroring). 
Server is no longer listening on Port 5022.
Following 4 patches were installed:-

http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=4499151

If we rollback VM to snapshot taken before the updates then the server is listening on this port.
Then if we re-install the patches the port stops listening.
How can we troubleshoot this?
