kb3051243 on SQL Server 2008 R2

Hi, in the KB 3051243 (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3051243) only SQL 2012 and 2014 are mentioned.

I have the same issue in SQL 2008 R2. Does the last CU for SQL 2008 R2 also fix this issue?
