Sql Server 2014 -> Error message: Failed to read BLOB column

Hi all,

  Am experiencing this error in Microsoft SQL Server 2014 - 12.0.2000.8 (X64) Enterprise Edition (Build 7601: Service Pack 1).

Error messages:
